ONT Long-Read Sequencing at CTG: From Technology to Applications
Please join us on 21 September for an exciting half-day launch event celebrating the CTG Lund Core Facility and its newly installed PromethION 24.
Discover the sequencing services and capabilities now available to the research community, and learn how CTG Lund can support projects across a wide range of applications, including transcriptomics, cancer research, metagenomics and more. Guest speakers will share their experience using Oxford Nanopore sequencing for transcriptomics and cancer applications.
The programme will also include short presentations from 10x Genomics and Takara on workflows compatible with Oxford Nanopore sequencing, followed by opportunities to connect with the speakers and explore potential project collaborations.
Registration opens at 09:00. The seminar will conclude with networking and lunch hosted by Oxford Nanopore.
