We will explore the latest advancements from ONT and delve into cutting-edge research with UNMC scientist. With Nanopore Sequencing, you can resolve dark genomic regions and variants, explore base modifications with direct RNA/DNA, and perform isoform-level transcriptomics. Nanopore sequencing is compatible with the 10x Genomics sample preparation enabling detection of alternative isoform events and splicing variants across the full length transcripts, clustered by cell type, providing detail on novel isoform diversity or isoform switching.
