UChicago_SCIC_Seminar_2025
Join us in-person or virtually for a technical seminar featuring Oxford Nanopore Technologies in partner with The Single Cell Immunophenotyping Core (SCIC). Topics will include: Target enrichment strategies from amplicon to software-controlled adaptive sampling, direct DNA and RNA sequencing with simultaneous methylation detection (no bisulfite treatment or arrays needed), modified base models detected now (e.g. 5mC, 5hmC, 6mA, 4mC for DNA, m6A, m5C, inosine, and pseudoU for RNA), Full-length transcript sequencing at the bulk RNA or Single-Cell level for isoform and fusion detection. Use your existing 10X Genomics cDNA directly in our workflow and reveal cell-type-specific alternative isoform usage missed by short–read technology.
